The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. is a IRS-certified 501(c)(3) organization. All sponsorships are tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for further details.

As an authorized representative of the contracting services described above, I have read and understood the content of this Agreement as set forth here and agree to abide by them. Fax or email transmissions of this Agreement and any signatures affixed hereto shall be considered for all purposes as originals. This agreement is for sponsoring at the 5th Annual YES! Expo being held at the Extraco Events Center on May 8, 2012.

Acceptance Mark Payment Options: You may submit your fees via PayPal on the online registration, or you can make a check payable to Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. If you choose to pay by check, please return payment with the completed registration form and mail directly to 801 Washington Avenue, Suite 700, Waco, TX 76701. Online registration must be completed prior to 5 PM CST on April 10, 2012; and, mailed checks must be postmarked no later than April 10, 2012.

Cancellations made by April 20, 2012 will be refunded at 75% of charges. Cancellations made after April 20, 2012 are non-refundable. I understand and accept the terms of this contract as final and binding. I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the event venue. Please retain a copy for your records.
